First of all you will have to log on to www.facebook.com

Click on it and a different page will open

Enter your email address, mobile phone number, username and full name on the empty box that is displayed under the four options.

Click on the search button, close to the cancel button

If your account shows up you will see an image that contains your profile picture.

Click on, This Is My Account

Click on facebook forgotten password

You will be instructed to check your email address or phone number for a six digit code that will be sent to you

Enter the code and click on continue.

You will be taken to a page where you will change your password, and your account will be back again.
